CHILTON COUNTY OFFICIALS TAKE NUGGET OF TRUTH REGARDING CORNELIUS TYRONE WADE MURDER; MANIPULATE AND SPOON FEED LOCAL MEDIA….THEIR REGURGITATED “TRUTH”.

Oh poor Thorsby Police Chief: Rodney Barnett; he is SO sad over the death of Mr. Cornelius Tyrone Wade; he coached Wade in football and even went to school with Wade’s Mother.    Or is he just sad he was exposed for lying to the press?

IF CHIEF RODNEY BARNETT WAS SO UPSET, WHY WEREN’T ANY EFFORTS MADE TO FIND MR. WADE UNTIL HIS BODY SHOWED UP IN HIS GRANDMOTHER’S YARD?

The property where Wade lived and adjacent to where his grandmother resided had previously been searched repeatedly by family members.  With heat in the area from the date of Wade’s disappearance until his body surfaced topping 90+degrees, there is no way anyone could live within 100 yards of where the body was located in that heat and not experience waves of nausea from the effects. Chief Barnett may attempt to BS his way with local media but that doesn’t fly with us as we don’t make money from running city/county legal notices and don’t need to protect any stream of income; because there is none with regard to this website.

CORNELLIUS TYRONE WADE’S BODY HAD EITHER BEEN REFRIGERATED AFTER HIS MURDER OR HE HAD BEEN HELD CAPTIVE SINCE THE DATE OF HIS DISAPPEARANCE UNTIL HE WAS MURDERED AND PLACED AT THE LOCATION HE WAS FOUND. 

Barnett claimed: ” He said there was no evidence found of traumatic injury in the initial forensics investigation” .  REALLY, IS SOMEONE DEAF, DUMB AND BLIND THERE?  THE ALABAMA INVESTIGATIVE ARM OF ALABAMA ATTORNEY GENERAL FORMERLY KNOWN AS ABI, HAS LIED FOR DECADES REGARDING MURDERS THROUGHOUT THE STATE; CALLING THOSE WHEREIN  THEY WANT TO PROTECT THE MURDERERS; SUICIDES.

Social media has even coined the phrase:  someone was “suicided”. 

We don’t care what smoke and mirrors local officials attempt to throw up; our information has been gleaned from sources, boots on the ground with innate personal knowledge.  Local officials don’t want to scare the locals by letting them know a body was murdered by methods affiliated with organized criminal entities, methods which are quite common in countries south of our border.  Google decapitated murders in the closest country found south of the border of the United States; you will get the idea.

Cornelius Tyrone Wade’s body had been placed at the scene AFTER he was murdered and in fact his head WAS decapitated and his fingers cut off (neither by heat, decay nor animals)  which again is exactly the manner of torture and murder inflicted upon victims who have turned against criminal enterprises.

WE DON’T KNOW IF CHIEF RODNEY BARNETT IS CONCERNED HOW LOCALS WOULD REACT IF THE TRUTH IS EXPOSED REGARDING DETAILS OF MR. WADE’S MURDER OR IF HE IS ATTEMPTING TO COVER UP FOR AN ALLEGED CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE OPERATING IN CHILTON COUNTY.

ANGIE AVERY COLLINS MAYFIELD HASN’T GIVEN UP HOPE OF DONNING BLACK JUDICIAL ROBE.

Angie Avery Collins Mayfield and Shane Mayfield.

She still has aspirations of being a judge….  What is going on with Angie Avery Collins Mayfield and her beloved husband Shane Mayfield?  Angie unsuccessfully ran for District Judge in Chilton County, where she lost by a voluminous margin.  Apparently Angie and Shane Mayfield want to be insured of a paycheck from either the county or the city.

It is our understanding that Angie Avery Collins Mayfield after her disastrous judicial campaign loss is now buttering up the Clanton City Commission and Clanton City

Council hoping against hope that they will prayerfully appoint her as the Clanton City Judge when John Hollis Jackson, Jr.  vacates his current position as Clanton City Judge.

And to further insure that $$$ flows from the city coffers, allegedly Angie Avery Collins Mayfield’s husband, Shane, who is currently a deputy at the Chilton County Sheriff, allegedly has his eye on the job of Police Chief of Clanton, Alabama.

WOW, NOTHING LIKE TRYING TO MAKE THE CITY OF CLANTON THE EMPLOYER FOR THE ENTIRE MAYFIELD FAMILY!

Shane happens to have exemplary credentials, as he was previously the chief deputy for the Chilton County Sheriff Department under former Sheriff Kevin Davis.

Stop Judicial Corruption recently wrote about the alleged arrest of former Sheriff, Kevin Davis.   It  is now our understanding from numerous insiders, that Davis’s former lead detective, Jeff Cobb,  who is the current investigator for D.A. Randall Houston and  brother in law of Angie Avery Collins Mayfield, will allegedly be the next person being viewed under the microscope by the Federal Authorities.  We certainly hope this is not the case.

Our article yesterday exposing that the FEDS had removed documents from the Chilton County Courthouse hit a nerve with our readers.  Over 25 THOUSAND people have read that post with over 500 shares on Facebook.  The citizens are letting us know they are sick of the corruption not only in Chilton County, but throughout the state.

Our mail box is overwhelmed with requests for help and of reports of the corruption literally choking the life out of Alabama’s citizens.  AND THEY WON’T STAND FOR IT ANY LONGER!

Alabama  citizens are weary of the multitude of politicians pulling the religion card, trying to make themselves appear honest and forthright while hiding behind their cloak of religion and not living honest, trustworthy lives.

Judge Sibley Reynolds has received only 1 or 2 positive remarks in emails and posts; the rest are scathing in their telling about how Reynolds took and took and took from the citizens and continues to take.

Above photograph is a stock photo, but you get the idea…..  As we had previously written, the FEDS were all over the Chilton County Courthouse within the month.  They have been there before and apparently didn’t find what they were looking for, so they came back for more…..

This time they left bearing boxes of papers which they piled into their shiny white van before they drove off into the night.  The thing is, with paperwork in hand, they have the time and inclination to get to the bottom of the corruption in Chilton County Courthouse.  For almost 2 years we have been reporting about the corruption in the CCCH which appears to have been orchestrated by Judge Sibley Reynolds.

Judge Rhonda Hardesty is frantically divesting herself of her judicial robe and businesses owned by she and her spouse; as it appears they want to skip off into the sunset leaving Judge Reynolds holding the big bag of grits.  Unfortunately, Hardesty has used her position on the bench to ruin the lives of hundreds if not thousands of citizens including innocent children brought before her for custody determination.  Children have been taken from their parents and the parents  stripped of their rights, as the children were placed in foster care where they were sold to the highest bidder.  Judge Hardesty needs to face what she has done; destroying the lives of many in Chilton County all while using the citizens to  make $$$ illegally for the county coffers and to pad her own personal nest egg. 

HAS FORMER CHILTON COUNTY SHERIFF DEPUTY, RAPIST AND PEDOPHILE DAVID HUBBARD TAKEN SINGING LESSONS?

Is David Hubbard trying to redeem himself after being involved with his wife Rebecca Hubbard in what appears to be sexual trafficking of teenagers for the pleasure of themselves and OTHERS?  Rebecca was held for several months in the Chilton County jail before being transferred to Tutwiler Women’s Prison within hours after we exposed the apparent ruse of D.A. Randall Houston and others to protect Rebecca by keeping her in the Chilton County jail where they could keep an eye on her and control her. SJCA is aware that the Hubbard’s are not the ONLY ONES that partook of the forbidden.  Many more children were and are involved in sexual trafficking in the 19th Circuit. Could the real reason plea deals were dealt to the Hubbards  and a jury trial was shut down was to shut them up so that the others involved would not have their own names splashed around publicly?

RANDALL HOUSTON MUST THINK THE GENTLE FOLK OF CHILTON COUNTY ARE STUPID.

First he and his faithful sidekick asst. D.A., C.J. Robinson, sent everyone out of the room during sentencing of David Hubbard’s wife and co-sexual predator Rebecca Hubbard (in order for no one to really know the scam and deal Houston and Robinson had allegedly cooked up with Judge Fuller about how they were going to protect Rebecca Hubbard by keeping her in the Chilton County jail where they could protect her).   That is until SJCA (stop judicial corruption Alabama)  exposed their little plot and they “moved” her super fast (at 4 in the morning immediately  after we ran a post exposing  their game) to Tutwiler Women’s Prison.  Unfortunately, it appears Rebecca’s stay at Tutwiler may be a little visit until the heat is off and then they will move her to another small local jail where she can be watched and protected and possibly farmed out for someone’s sexual perversion.

Jessica is the new gal in town planting drugs and false charges on people to make $$$ for Chilton County.  Jessica needs to tame her bravado, she is having way too much fun playing tuff guy.  Jessica then demands that her target play informant for the task force or else she and the rest of the corrupt judicial system threaten them with jail; even if they find no drugs they use their positions to force others to become informants, never being able to escape  their servitude with the Chilton County Drug Task Force.

Jessica  and her little task force have a history of busting in people’s residence without a warrant. 

HEY CHILTON COUNTY, THAT IS ILLEGAL!

SJCA has received innumerable complaints from confidential informants regarding the brashness of Chilton County’s drug task force making illegal traffic stops, planting drugs or making false claims of finding drugs, without evidence ever showing up for court, or bringing in their little drug dog, which based on a ruling from the United States Supreme Court, a citizen cannot be held waiting for a drug dog to arrive unless evidence of drugs has already been found.  The dirty little task force abuses their positions by tearing up automobiles of innocent citizens when no drugs are to be found (unless one of the task force sneaks to the trunk of their cruiser and pulls drugs out of an athletic bag while another officer diverts the attention of the innocent party and then they plant a little something, something just to make a buck for the county and the court.

Is Judge Ben Fuller allowing Rebecca Hubbard to remain in the Chilton County jail so that Hubbard can be protected from rapes and abuse that often occur at the hands of Alabama’s correctional officers? Is she receiving preferential treatment? Her attorney David Karn, was allegedly overheard asking her “let me know if you need anything sweetie” when they were last in court; a mighty strange way for a lawyer to address their client.

19th Circuit D.A. Randall Houston and his sidekick C.J. Robinson were up to their necks in preventing Rebecca and her husband David’s case from going to trial. It appears they handed out plea deals like bon bons in order to prevent exploding bombshell evidence to be released in open court such as: that there were possibly other business men and peace officers seeking a little of the minor child sexual offerings that David and Rebecca had indulged with. Others seem to have a proclivity to not only engage in illegal sexual behavior, there were even those that just liked to watch….and Houston, Robinson and Fuller wanted to shut up and shut down any more of the dirty deeds from being exposed.
