Is David Hubbard trying to redeem himself after being involved with his wife Rebecca Hubbard in what appears to be sexual trafficking of teenagers for the pleasure of themselves and OTHERS? Rebecca was held for several months in the Chilton County jail before being transferred to Tutwiler Women’s Prison within hours after we exposed the apparent ruse of D.A. Randall Houston and others to protect Rebecca by keeping her in the Chilton County jail where they could keep an eye on her and control her. SJCA is aware that the Hubbard’s are not the ONLY ONES that partook of the forbidden. Many more children were and are involved in sexual trafficking in the 19th Circuit. Could the real reason plea deals were dealt to the Hubbards and a jury trial was shut down was to shut them up so that the others involved would not have their own names splashed around publicly?
Was Rebecca kept in the Chilton County Jail because she didn’t fall under a category that would place her in segregation or protection and instead be put in general population in Tutwiler?
WHY WERE ALL THE VICTIMS AND OTHER PARTIES PRESENT AT THE SENTENCING OF REBECCA HUBBARD REMOVED FROM THE COURTROOM DURING HER FORMAL SENTENCING? WAS IT BECAUSE A DIRTY SECRET DEAL WAS GIVEN AND D.A. RANDALL HOUSTON AND JUDGE BEN FULLER WANTED THOSE DETAILS KEPT SECRET?
David Hubbard was transferred virtually immediately to Limestone Prison after his own sentencing. Because of David’s previous employment (working for the Chilton County Sheriff) he was placed in segregation (kept away from general population in a protected environment) due to apparent concerns other inmates would punish him for not only being a former sheriff deputy, but for being a pedophile.
A few months in prison may have taken their toll upon David, multiple reports have been received that he is singing like a canary; selling out anyone in Chilton County that he can, which would reduce his sentence and/or grant him a get out of jail card (and we hope for his own safety; a place in a federal witness protection program). SJCA, wouldn’t like to see David walk from jail, but it just might be worth it if he is the kingpin that takes down the massive depth of corruption that has controlled Chilton County for decades.
CORRUPTION DOESN’T PLAY GAMES IN CHILTON COUNTY; THOSE WHO GO AGAINST “THE SYSTEM” HAVE A HABIT OF DISAPPEARING OR BEING “SUICIDED”.
Multiple sources have confirmed that some faction, hopefully the Feds, (FBI and Department of Justice) have been all over the Chilton County Courthouse for the past couple of weeks; and this would be the second time in as many years that the courthouse has been under the microscope by outside parties.
It matters not if good ole boy Judge Sibley Reynolds or his sidekick and potentially tainted Judge on her way out, Rhonda Hardesty told every courthouse employee not to say anything about an investigation going on within the courthouse, gossip happens and tongues wag.
SJCA just hopes that whomever is found guilty, that the citizens do not have to suffer while the guilty get a sweetheart deal and their pensions.
FOR ANYTHING EXCEPT FULL EXPOSURE OF CORRUPTION IS JUST ANOTHER WORD FOR “COVER UP”.
Thousands of citizens in Chilton County and the 19th Circuit have been cheated of their legal right to justice within the judicial system and those citizens have a right to be made whole for the wrongs done unto them. Sneaking a judge or any officer of the court out of office for “sickness” or any other BS is unacceptable as those harmed by the corruption will continue to have to pay for the crimes of the corrupt.
WE CAN ONLY PRAY THAT SOMEONE FROM CHILTON COUNTY IS SINGING THE CANARY SONG, THAT THEY WILL BE PROTECTED SO THEIR SONG CONTINUES AND THOSE OUTED WILL LOSE THEIR PROTECTION, FOR THE CITIZENS WHO HAVE BEEN HARMED BY THE CORRUPTION HAVE A RIGHT TO RESTITUTION.
SJCA, has done its due diligence; calls to Limestone prison and to the Alabama Department of Corrections have verified that David Hubbard is in segregation since the time of his arrival at Limestone, although no one would state the specific reason for the segregation. Officials at Limestone Prison declined to respond to our questions whether David Hubbard was talking to the Federal Government or any other faction. Calls to Alabama Department of Corrections regarding whether Hubbard was providing information to the Feds or other factions were not returned by the time of this posting.
We can only hope that the trial of Alabama Speaker, Mike Hubbard will be the beginning of exposing Alabama’s corruption from the top down and that the decades of covering up wrongs within the state will finally be coming to an end.
