Brian A. Stilwell, former Chilton County Police Chief, in his second round of charges within the last 2 years, was indicted once again before a Grand jury. This time Stilwell was charged with 12 felonies: two counts of theft of property in the first-degree, nine counts of fraudulent use of a credit or debit card and one count of using his official position for personal gain.

We already know Doug Valeska cannot be trusted, that he is a liar who consistently spews BS to the court and to jurors about evidence he doesn’t have or “that he lost” in order to gain a false conviction on some poor soul in his cross hairs. Valeska has been playing dirty pool with the court system as D.A. for almost three decades. Valeska’s collusion with another alleged White Supremacist, Dothan Police Chief Steve Parrish enabled them to attempt to wipe out the young black male population; or at least to be able to control said young men by and through false arrests wherein illegal drugs and weapons were planted on them.

This is not a “one off” this is and has been a consistent pattern and practice of Doug Valeska for decades. Dothan’s Mayor Mike Schmitz wants its citizens to think all is great in Dothan; BUT IT IS NOT. A little prayer meeting at the civic center doesn’t fix decades of lying, cheating and stealing the very lives of citizens that has gone on for decades with “the courthouse crowd”.

The property where Wade lived and adjacent to where his grandmother resided had previously been searched repeatedly by family members. With heat in the area from the date of Wade’s disappearance until his body surfaced topping 90+degrees, there is no way anyone could live within 100 yards of where the body was located in that heat and not experience waves of nausea from the effects. Chief Barnett may attempt to BS his way with local media but that doesn’t fly with us as we don’t make money from running city/county legal notices and don’t need to protect any stream of income; because there is none with regard to this website.
Barnett claimed: ” He said there was no evidence found of traumatic injury in the initial forensics investigation” . REALLY, IS SOMEONE DEAF, DUMB AND BLIND THERE? THE ALABAMA INVESTIGATIVE ARM OF ALABAMA ATTORNEY GENERAL FORMERLY KNOWN AS ABI, HAS LIED FOR DECADES REGARDING MURDERS THROUGHOUT THE STATE; CALLING THOSE WHEREIN THEY WANT TO PROTECT THE MURDERERS; SUICIDES.
We don’t care what smoke and mirrors local officials attempt to throw up; our information has been gleaned from sources, boots on the ground with innate personal knowledge. Local officials don’t want to scare the locals by letting them know a body was murdered by methods affiliated with organized criminal entities, methods which are quite common in countries south of our border. Google decapitated murders in the closest country found south of the border of the United States; you will get the idea.
Cornelius Tyrone Wade’s body had been placed at the scene AFTER he was murdered and in fact his head WAS decapitated and his fingers cut off (neither by heat, decay nor animals) which again is exactly the manner of torture and murder inflicted upon victims who have turned against criminal enterprises.

When a body is recovered with fingers and head removed it is our understanding that is an organized crime murder and they don’t want anyone to be able to identify the recovered body.
Allegedly based on our sources, Cornellus Tyrone Wade told on some white boys about some criminal activity; his body was recovered yesterday after being missing since July 24. According to sources in Chilton County, the police and sheriff refused to do anything to assist in searching for Wade since he went missing, which leads us to wonder if someone on the inside, a peace officer, had something to do with Wade’s disappearance and ultimate demise.
Months ago national and international press exposed Dothan, AL a hotbed of racial discrimination against black citizens by City Police, the D.A., Doug Valeska and the Houston County Court system. Stories of blacks being set up with false charges and targeted for prison sentences and sentenced differently than whites for the same crime rocketed throughout the world. Now the Southern Poverty Law Center has filed a federal law suit against the Dothan City Schools for essentially the same torts, these involving black and disabled students where they were disciplined, arrested and charged for minor infractions at a disproportionate rate.

IT BECAME OBVIOUS SOMETHING WAS DIFFERENT WITH CARROLL AROUND THE SPRING OF 2016, WITH THE JAMES BAILEY CASE.
When Carroll found out I too held documents that he thought were only for his own eyes in the James Bailey case, Carroll started freaking out and allegedly making demands on Bailey’s lawyer, Ruth Robinson back in March of this year. At the time it didn’t make sense as to why he would be so concerned that I also had the same documents that had been shared with him. I figured he just wanted the scoop on the Bailey case story, which I allowed him to take the lead. The situation became even more daunting when he started with his song and dance routine to me and apparently others that one of the documents appeared to have been forged. Something I failed to observe even when it was being shoveled down my throat.
20th circuit D.A. Doug Valeska was recently heard making the statement “I am not going to jail”. How many of his cronies has Valeska lined up to protect him from questionable if not illegal actions involving in this instance, the murder trial of James Bailey . Bailey was given life without parole for a murder he allegedly was not even in the state at the time of the murder. The attorney originally appointed to represent Bailey did a “roll over” and failed to do much if anything to defend Bailey at the initial trial where Doug Valeska did one of his steam roller routines in giving what may be an innocent man; life without parole, something that is not unheard of in that district. Typically Valeska and his office staff will claim in court that they have a video, or evidence, etc. “but they lost it”, so no solid evidence is ever admitted to court. Most jurors have no reason to not believe their own “crime fighting” D.A. and have never experienced one that out and out lies to get what he wants, so they go along innocently with Valeska’s game. The hand selected, appointed attorneys who represent indigent defendants in the 20 circuit, fail to call out Valeska and company for their lying antics, they just mumble and shuffle on.

Over and over we continue to find cases where Valeska used his influence with local judges and lawyers appointed to represent defendants to do the proverbial screw job on the defendant, oftentimes with a defendant who was innocent. Innocent victims have even been threatened allegedly by Valeska to accept a plea deal “or he would make sure they got the needle” (death sentence).
I too am well aware of the wrath of Valeska and the crooked courthouse crowd. I left Alabama concerned I too would possibly have drugs or other contraband planted on me by one of the peace officers in Dothan sent to harass me after I sought to expose questionable if not criminal activities ongoing in the courthouse. Shelby County is one of the worst violators, specifically one DHR employee who has been with DHR for about a year and is now a supervisor; a black employee of DHR who is throwing around her power and lack of legal intelligence to go after as it appears only white babies, taking them from their rightful Mothers without legal authority in order to sell them to others through adoption, taking social security $$$ to make $$$ for the state of Alabama.

It appears that real property is being put into other people’s names then circling around to Bobby Martin, Judge Sibley Reynolds and others that work in the Chilton County Courthouse.
We haven’t heard anything about Judge Rhonda Hardesty on the take for real estate theft; this may be the only scam she isn’t involved with.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE LIST IN THE LOCAL CLANTON ADVERTISER REGARDING PROPERTIES BEING SOLD FOR TAXES?
There is a list in the tax assessor’s office that reflects the number of homes that have been sold for tax purposes and that have been stolen from innocent victims. The properties are not being sold to the public by and through auctions as they were in the past. They are going directly to a realtor allegedly hand selected by some official in Chilton County; Kevin George who is listing the tax lien properties instead of them being auctioned on the courthouse steps.
WHO IS RECEIVING PROFITS FROM THE SALE OF THE PROPERTIES TAKEN BY CHILTON COUNTY AND LISTED, NOT AUCTIONED?
When the heat hit the fan at the Chilton County Courthouse within the last three months, Stephanie Lake who worked in the Chilton County Tax Assessor’s office, for almost 20 years, cut out and is now cutting hair, but not before obtaining what appears to be her own real estate scammed from the true owner.
Unfortunately, Chilton County is not the only Alabama location where County officials including the probate judge end up with real estate from tax liens and estate sales; Houston County is prolific in these hand offs of real property.
There is another scam in Chilton County involving buying real estate when prospective paving dates for roads leading to the property is near so that after it is paved the property value will escalate.
ALL THESE SCAMS INVOLVE TAX AND OTHER INFORMATION THAT HAS BEEN GLEANED BY INSIDERS FROM CITY AND COUNTY RECORDS.
