WAS A CHILD SEXUAL PREDATOR ALLOWED TO WALK IN ALABAMA’S 19TH CIRCUIT?

Sex crimes against children appear to be on the rampage in Alabama, especially in the 19th circuit.  Unfortunately,  several predators of young children have not received appropriate acknowledgement and punishment for their crimes from the current District Attorney.

 

 

 

JUDGE RHONDA HARDESTY APPEARS TO BE RUNNING A COURTHOUSE SCAM AGAINST PARENTS AND MINORS APPEARING IN HER COURT

Based on our investigation involving multiple informants it appears:

CHILDREN ARE BEING SOLD WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF JUDGE RHONDA HARDESTY AND DHR.

HARDESTY IS RUNNING A COURTHOUSE “SCAM”. She appears to have a deal with certain court appointed attorney’s representing parents of children that have been pre-selected or targeted with good children that are easily adoptable/saleable. The parents appear to have nothing in their records or history to legally prevent them from raising their own children. These court appointed attorney’s on the day of court when Hardesty is to decide if the parents get to keep their children, their attorney stands up and quits their court appointed client as soon as the proceedings begin. The parent is left with no attorney to represent them. Instead of Hardesty appointing another attorney as she should, and is legally obligated to, she continues with court proceedings as she steals innocent children from their equally innocent parents.

Hardesty has even been known to push her glasses to the end of her nose, peer into the courtroom and speak in a threatening tone to other lawyers after the court appointed attorney resigns: “ NONE OF YOU WANT TO TAKE THIS CASE DO YOU”?
