The same name continues to be spoken of regarding the Cornelius Tyrone Murderer aka the Neil Wade murder.  Over and over throughout Chilton County the name of the murderer  or the person who allegedly contracted a hit on Neil Wade, continues to flow from the mouths of its citizens.

Why would the same name continue to come up regarding the murder of Neil Wade?

The following questions must be asked and answered by investigators involved in the Cornelius Tyrone Wade murder:

1. Was body moved after the party was deceased?

2.  How long did body reside at location where it was initially found?

3.  Had body been refrigerated?

4.  What was date and time of death?

5.  What was manner of death?

6.  What DNA evidence if any, was found on body not belonging to decedent?

7.  Was body intact at time of discovery?

8. Were there clean cut wounds at points of dismemberment if said body was dismembered?

How can Chilton County claim to effectively  investigate the Neil Wade murder when allegedly the 19th Circuit  D.A.’s  own investigator, Jeff Cobb, is under investigation himself?

ALABAMA’S 19TH CIRCUIT D.A. AND LOCAL OFFICIALS IN UPROAR SEEKING TO SQUELCH TRUTH REGARDING CORNELLUS TYRONE WADE DECAPITATION MURDER.

THERE IS A GRUESOME MURDERER IN THE 19TH CIRCUIT AND THE D.A.  AND LOCAL OFFICIALS DON’T WANT YOU TO KNOW.

Stop Judicial Corruption Alabama is not willing to sit by and allow another MURDER be covered up and called a SUICIDE.  We have seen this waaaaaay toooo many times throughout Alabama and  know and knew what  local officials claims would be; which is why we exposed the real truth regarding the untimely death of Mr. Cornellus Tyrone Wade  before any efforts in cover up could take place. It is our understanding from credible sources that a local white man/boy had a hit on Cornellus Tyrone Wade as Wade turned in same to authorities.  The larger question would be why local authorities have been protecting that party for decades?

How did we obtain our information?  CREDIBLE SOURCES WITHIN CHILTON COUNTY APPROACHED US WEEKS AGO REGARDING MR. WADE BEING MISSING AND FOLLOWED UP WITH PERTINENT DETAILS UPON THE DISCOVERY OF HIS BODY.

WHERE HAS MR. CORNELLUS TYRONE WADE BEEN FROM THE TIME HE WAS ALLEGED BY FAMILY MEMBERS TO BE MISSING IN LATE JULY UNTIL THE TIME HIS  DECAPITATED, BODY WITH DIGITS REMOVED, WAS DISCOVERED SEPTEMBER 12, 2016?

When a body is recovered with fingers and head removed it is our understanding that is an organized crime murder and they don’t want anyone to be able to identify the recovered body.

Allegedly  based on our sources, Cornellus Tyrone Wade told on some white boys about some criminal activity;  his body was recovered yesterday after being missing since July 24.  According to sources in Chilton County, the police and sheriff refused to do anything to assist in searching for Wade since he went missing, which leads us to wonder if someone on the inside, a peace officer, had something to do with Wade’s disappearance and ultimate demise.

DID JUDGE SIBLEY REYNOLDS CRIMINALLY ABSCOND WITH MYRTLE BAKER’S PROPERTY?

Rumors have been circulating throughout Chilton County for years about the questionable, at best, property transaction involving Myrtle Baker’s property left to her by her late father.  Myrtle taught home economics at Clanton Marbury High and had no children of her own, so apparently ole Judge Sibley considered her an easy mark.

So the story goes; Baker was elderly and living alone on the over 100 acres of property  in a ramshackle house, when she heard someone snooping around and she allegedly shot her shotgun to scare off the trespasser.  There was no police record of the shooting as far as we know.  Someone was sent to pick her up and take her to the courthouse  where Judge Sibley Reynolds purportedly pulled one of his threatening routines, threatening to jail her but “if she signed the land paper she could go free”.  With no lawyer to intervene on her behalf, frail and possibly racked with dementia, Myrtle Baker signed the requested papers.

FEDERAL COURT RECORDS FOR ALLEGED INDICTMENT OF FORMER SHERIFF KEVIN DAVIS MAY BE SEALED.

We are not saying that former Chilton County Sheriff, Kevin Davis is unencumbered. We have heard from too many unrelated informants and from relatives of he or his wife, that Davis was allegedly arrested as we have previously posted.

We are saying that the federal records retrieved from the Federal government site previously posted today from in the Northern District of Alabama possibly may not be the former Sheriff Kevin Davis’s records.

FORMER SHERIFF KEVIN DAVIS’S ALLEGED ARREST AND INDICTMENT  MAY BE SEALED IN ORDER TO PROTECT  THE CASE AND PREVENT OTHER PARTIES THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE WANTS TO INDICT  FROM SEEING THEIR CASE. 

This does not change our statement that we have heard from multiple  reliable sources that Davis is singing to help his own case.

Other potential parties in the 19th Circuit are getting squirmy and acting nervous as they are afraid they may be next.

And what we wrote about a Chilton County official being involved with illegal weapons still stands.

The only thing we recant is that the records previously posted were those of former Chilton County Sheriff Kevin Davis.

 

 

ANGIE AVERY COLLINS MAYFIELD HASN’T GIVEN UP HOPE OF DONNING BLACK JUDICIAL ROBE.

She still has aspirations of being a judge….  What is going on with Angie Avery Collins Mayfield and her beloved husband Shane Mayfield?  Angie unsuccessfully ran for District Judge in Chilton County, where she lost by a voluminous margin.  Apparently Angie and Shane Mayfield want to be insured of a paycheck from either the county or the city.

It is our understanding that Angie Avery Collins Mayfield after her disastrous judicial campaign loss is now buttering up the Clanton City Commission and Clanton City

Council hoping against hope that they will prayerfully appoint her as the Clanton City Judge when John Hollis Jackson, Jr.  vacates his current position as Clanton City Judge.

And to further insure that $$$ flows from the city coffers, allegedly Angie Avery Collins Mayfield’s husband, Shane, who is currently a deputy at the Chilton County Sheriff, allegedly has his eye on the job of Police Chief of Clanton, Alabama.

WOW, NOTHING LIKE TRYING TO MAKE THE CITY OF CLANTON THE EMPLOYER FOR THE ENTIRE MAYFIELD FAMILY!

Shane happens to have exemplary credentials, as he was previously the chief deputy for the Chilton County Sheriff Department under former Sheriff Kevin Davis.

Stop Judicial Corruption recently wrote about the alleged arrest of former Sheriff, Kevin Davis.   It  is now our understanding from numerous insiders, that Davis’s former lead detective, Jeff Cobb,  who is the current investigator for D.A. Randall Houston and  brother in law of Angie Avery Collins Mayfield, will allegedly be the next person being viewed under the microscope by the Federal Authorities.  We certainly hope this is not the case.

SOMEONE WANTS THIS INFORMATION KEPT VERY VERY QUIET AND HUSH HUSH!

Allegedly Davis was arrested 2 or 3 days after starting his  new job as jail administrator for the Birmingham police and is out on bond.  Kevin Davis would be able to keep his job and continue to work for the Birmingham police in some capacity because ” you are considered innocent until proven guilty”.  Which would mean that a trial must occur with jurors and he must be convicted of a jury of his peers and found guilty by same.

Davis would not have stayed in jail after being arrested; he would have posted bond and most likely surrendered his passport.  As of today, per our investigation, Kevin Davis is still employed by the Birmingham police as a jail administrator.  It would be illegal for the city of Birmingham to fire Davis until he was convicted of a crime.

Wasn’t Birmingham lucky to hire Davis BEFORE he was allegedly arrested and charged with criminal activity by the Federal Authorities.

 

MAYBE CHILTON COUNTY  CRONIES THINK THE CHARGES AGAINST KEVIN DAVIS WILL GO AWAY IF NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT THEM…..

 

You may see Kevin Davis around town, but that does not mean he is a free man……

The larger question should be is the city of Birmingham stuck paying for Kevin Davis’s lawyers since he was arrested while employed by the city of Birmingham even if it is a crime in another county?

OR MAYBE THIS IS ANOTHER ASPECT OF THE SAME OLD SCENARIO, THAT WHITE COLLAR CRIME JUST DISAPPEARS….

We have received numerous reports from different, unrelated informants that former Chilton County Sheriff, Kevin Davis was  recently indicted and picked up by the Feds. Davis could be one of the casualties from the  recent raid of the Chilton County Courthouse where the FBI removed hundreds of cases.  It could also be another reason many in the Courthouse have been more than anxious; it wasn’t just the weather making them squirmy.

 

We have heard for quite a while that Davis has been keeping a VERY LOW profile since leaving office.  Davis was well known for sporting around in “his” helicopter while in office and allegedly continuing to play around with cock fighting while wearing the badge.

Apparently Davis has not been keeping too low of a profile as last month he was appointed jail administrator for the Birmingham police.  That in itself is questionable as the Chilton County Jail went to heck while he was in office and his little wife, Sweet, managed the allegedly moldy food service in addition to training the dogs for drug busts. Wow it really was “all in the family” which could be one of the reasons Davis may have had a face to face with the boys in black.  If Davis was recently arrested, the Birmingham Police and jail may be one of the shortest employment opportunities on his resume.

We will continue to research into the alleged indictment and arrest of Kevin Davis and report our findings.

If in fact Davis was selected to receive the golden indictment ticket, we are sure he will only be the first of many  to fall…..like dominos…..  How many others in sheriff office, DA’s office, Courthouse and other’s were part of the alleged corruption?

We have been told Probate Judge Bobby Martin plays up to victims acting like he is going to help them when they have come to him, but  when it comes down to the wire he cops an arrogant attitude and lets them know in no uncertain terms you are getting no help from him and essentially cuts their throat.

Are the FEDS finally investigating questionable land deals and court rulings made in the Chilton County Courthouse?

To quote one source:  “Bobby Martin said he couldn’t help me with the theft of my home even though I had my deed in hand”.

It appears that real property is being put into other people’s names then circling around to Bobby Martin, Judge Sibley Reynolds and others that work in the Chilton County Courthouse.

We haven’t heard anything about Judge Rhonda Hardesty on the take for real estate theft; this may be the only scam she isn’t involved with.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE LIST IN THE LOCAL CLANTON ADVERTISER REGARDING PROPERTIES BEING SOLD FOR TAXES?

There is a list in the tax assessor’s office that reflects the number of homes that have been sold for tax purposes and  that have been stolen from innocent victims.  The properties are not being sold to the public by and through auctions as they were in the past.  They are going directly to a realtor allegedly hand selected by some official in  Chilton County; Kevin George who is listing the tax lien properties instead of them being auctioned on the courthouse steps.

WHO IS RECEIVING PROFITS FROM THE SALE OF THE PROPERTIES TAKEN BY CHILTON COUNTY AND LISTED, NOT AUCTIONED?

When the heat hit the fan at the Chilton County Courthouse within the last three months,  Stephanie Lake who worked in the Chilton County Tax Assessor’s office,  for almost 20 years, cut out and is now cutting hair, but not before obtaining what appears to be her own real estate scammed from the true owner.

Unfortunately, Chilton County is not the only Alabama location where County officials including the probate judge end up with real estate from tax liens and estate sales; Houston County is prolific in these hand offs of real property.

There is another scam in Chilton County involving buying real estate when prospective paving dates for roads leading to the property is near so that after it is paved the property value will escalate.

ALL THESE SCAMS INVOLVE TAX AND OTHER INFORMATION THAT HAS BEEN GLEANED BY INSIDERS FROM CITY AND COUNTY RECORDS.
