BIG LUTHER WANTS TO SPEND STATE $$$ FIGHTING FEDS AND BATHROOMS; FAILS TO PROTECT CITIZENS FROM REAL ISSUES.

Big Luthah has failed to restore ANY kind of hope in Alabama.  His Service of victims and their rights is another one in the toilet.   And as for Trust; that may be a bust also…

TRUST

Strange allegedly appointed special prosecutor Matt Hart to investigate corruption within the Houston County DA and Courts.  Unfortunately, Hart has failed miserable as we predicted , in seeking to rectify the wrongs done to hundreds of black citizens who had drugs planted on them and/or received sentences without cause or with no evidence as to their charges.  Heck Hart hasn’t even questioned anyone that we know of regarding the dastardly situation in Houston County.  It appears Big Lutha was seeking to circumvent an investigation by the Department of Justice by stepping up to the plate and saying something like “hey, I will look into this” so that the DOJ would just go away.

 

SERVING VICTIMS

What kind to service to victims is Luther Strange acting like he is a proponent of?   For the many victims who have contacted SJCA, many previously contacted the Attorney General’s office, nothing was of course done and many didn’t even receive a return phone call.  Luther’s office and certain local DA’s have in fact been part and parcel of cover ups of child victims of sexual abuse, and the questionable actions of DHR, the AG’s office just closes their eyes to those issues. Instead of the Attorney General’s office serving victims, they are self serving.

St. Clair County, Moody Jr. High School Teacher allegedly charged 3 times (but is still there) for viewing PORN during class.

Just what Alabama needs, another lascivious teacher hot and full of themselves, leering at our kids.  It is one thing to look at porn or whatever your into in the privacy of your own home.

IT IS ANOTHER THING TO WATCH PORN ON THE JOB, IN A SCHOOL OR A FIRE STATION, OR WHEREVER YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE ON DUTY AND BEING PAID TO DO A JOB. 

JUDGE ROBERT MINOR APPEARS TO CONTINUE TO THREATEN AND FAIL TO UPHOLD THE LAW.

St. Clair County District Judge Robert L. Minor

Judge Robert Minor appears to have no knowledge of or desire to follow the law in Alabama, he simply makes up his own; because he is  in his minds eye, the grand pooba, judge and jury.  We have encountered this same I make up the laws as I go to benefit me and those who allegedly  pay me, in Chilton County.

Unfortunately in Alabama, there are no checks and balances with regard to the judicial system since the Republicans Party took control and the state Democratic Executive Committee essentially aided the Republicans in having  a single controlling and out of control party .

We are continuing to hear that Judge Robert Minor is using his bench to threaten people who shared our posts which is AGAINST THE LAW for him to do so!  Oh how could we forget; the law does not apply and Minor makes up his own as he goes to suit himself.
