We received information from a confidential source within the month, regarding a party of interest living too close to a Thorsby School; a party that was alleged to be a sexual predator. Jeffery Seagle was arrested this week for failing to register as a sexual predator and living too close to a Thorsby School. Seagle had moved from Prattville to Chilton County. We haven’t had the opportunity to pull all of Seagle’s criminal record, but allegedly some of his prior criminal records have vanished into thin air. He was previously imprisoned for sexual assault of an 11 year old female.
Dothan politicians used funds to pay a videographer to portray the town in a favorable light, just as they have paid others to do same. If it was so great, no paid video would have been necessary. This video does not portray the real Dothan. Dothan is a town run on the back of protected illegal drug trade. Police, politicians and courts protect the main income: illegal drug trafficking. Move there to your detriment; they will steal your soul, your money and everything you hold dear.
If it was up to Stop Judicial Corruption Alabama, a special Grand Jury should have been convened over a year ago. As for Alabama’s cold case investigative units. Somehow we feel their job is to insure cold cases are kept just that way…COLD. Too many questionable murders and “suicides” are covered up by the good old boy investigative network. For there to be cover ups, someone important to them or on the inside track, must be a suspect.
Of the many reports about DHR appearing to unlawfully remove children and infants from their families, STOP JUDICIAL CORRUPTION has NEVER received one report of a black child being taken under questionable circumstances by DHR or the Courts.
It is not that consistently all children are being removed; frequently, only the youngest and pointedly female children are taken by DHR and the older ones left to reside in the parental home. That would give anyone reason to pause.
IF A PARENT IS A DANGER TO THEIR CHILDREN THEN THEY ARE A DANGER TO ALL THEIR CHILDREN.
But this is not always the case; we have received information concerning several cases where only some of the children are taken which makes us question the REAL motive of removing the child or children and wonder if the child/children taken are indeed being sold into sex trafficking or sold, aka adopted, for large amounts of cash.
SOMETHING IS DESPERATELY WRONG WITH DHR IN ALABAMA AND IT HAS BEEN THAT WAY FOR OVER A DECADE.

DHR has too much power without any kind of oversight. Recently, Governor Bentley implemented a DHR Task Force, but the current Commissioner of Alabama DHR, Nancy Buckner, demanded she be placed on the DHR Task Force where she diligently works to derail any and all investigations into questionable practices by she or her staff.

We have received voluminous complaints and written about various situations where it is more than apparent, someone is profiting from bogus DHR reports and actions. Reports are submitted that have no substance, are fraudulent from the inception and are apparently written to influence the courts, who appear to be more than complicit. Corrupt judges then take the DHR reports and seal the whole sordid mess for no one to be the wiser. If anyone attempts to bring witnesses that go against the crooked DHR’s actions the complicit judge will just state “I am not taking witnesses” so that only the report of DHR stands as evidence as to why a child was removed. Then DHR and the court will toss the parent a carrot and act as if they have every attempt to rejoin the child with its family by having the parent take some kind of costly classes; yet even after complying and spending thousands on classes, the child is never returned. It is all a scam to make $$$$$$$ by DHR and the Courts.
IT IS TIME TO BREAK OPEN THE PRIVACY FACTORS WITH REGARD TO JUVENILE COURTS, AS UNLAWFUL FACTIONS ARE USING THE SEALING OF SAID RECORDS AS A MANNER OF COVERING UP QUESTIONABLE IF NOT ILLEGAL COURT ACTIONS.
WHY HAVE WE NEVER RECEIVED ONE SINGLE COMPLAINT ABOUT ONE SINGLE BLACK CHILD TAKEN FROM THEIR FAMILY, BY DHR AND ALABAMA COURTS?
As it appears, money is made by selling white children and babies by the court system. Black citizens are sold into Court implemented slavery later in life, beginning as teenagers when many are falsely arrested after having drugs or weapons planted on them.
OPINION: We more than suspect DHR is involved on some level in sex trafficking of children which is prolific in Alabama.
IS DHR COMMITTING RACIAL PROFILING FOR SOME KIND OF PERVERTED FINANCIAL GAIN?
If DHR removes children SOLELY because of a child being in danger, then their removal of babies and children would cut blindly across racial lines, but as reported to us, it appears this is not the case.
As we have reported numerous times; Alabama is making money off of the sale and control of those most vulnerable. Shelby County is one of the worst violators, specifically one DHR employee who has been with DHR for about a year and is now a supervisor; a black employee of DHR who is throwing around her power and lack of legal intelligence to go after as it appears only white babies, taking them from their rightful Mothers without legal authority in order to sell them to others through adoption, taking social security $$$ to make $$$ for the state of Alabama.
DHR employee; Ashaka Evans has even threatened self sufficient, college educated, white women with no history of drug or alcohol abuse, or any other issues of concern to take their babies from them. Is Evans only taking white babies to sell and leaving others who REALLY are in harms way to fend for themselves?
We have received numerous concerns and requests for assistance from Shelby County residents regarding DHR acting outside of the law in concert with corrupt or at the least, questionably motivated judges. Now we have received information of ANOTHER kidnapping of a child by DHR, without legal authority.
NO HEARING, NO WARRANT, NO NOTHING; JUST ANOTHER DAY IN SHELBY COUNTY WHERE DHR ESSENTIALLY KIDNAPS A CHILD FOR THE MONEY HONEY!
This is not just a one off situation where a child was taken by DHR, this is a very specific and concerted effort by DHR and the state of Alabama to take a children from their parents (in this case, a minor child who was raped, yet Shelby County failed to charge the rapist with a crime) so that Shelby County and the state profit.
Stop Judicial Corruption Alabama have received another complaint of a child/children being kidnapped by DHR in Shelby County JUST THIS WEEK. So this is not a random incident, and we have received complaints of this before.
Governor Bentley set up a DHR task force to investigate DHR, but unfortunately, the Director of Alabama DHR, Nancy Buckner demanded she be put on same task force. So guess what; Nancy Buckner is trying with everything within her power to shut down any kind of investigation into DHR. The director of DHR for Alabama wants to keep secret all the criminal acts that are being committed each and every day.
We previously wrote about another case involving Nancy Buckner and DHR by and through St. Clair County Judge Robert Minor forcing a child who was allegedly raped by the father to have custody of the child. Apparently Shelby County DHR and its employee, Ahzshaka Evans, who appears to be tied to several alleged kidnappings of our golden children, are seeking to loot and plunder our golden children.

Our article yesterday exposing that the FEDS had removed documents from the Chilton County Courthouse hit a nerve with our readers. Judge Sibley Reynolds has received only 1 or 2 positive remarks in emails and posts; the rest are scathing in their telling about how Reynolds took and took and took from the citizens and continues to take.

The DHR task force was implemented by Governor Bentley to look into matters and complaints against DHR. The state head of DHR Nancy Buckner demanded that SHE be placed on the task force; just what is needed the fat hen guarding the hen house.
APPARENTLY NANCY BUCKNER WANTED TO BE ON THE DHR TASK FORCE TO INSURE THAT ANY COMPLAINTS AGAINST DHR GOT DISMISSED AND WOULDN’T EXPOSE THE DEPTH OF MANIPULATION AND CORRUPTION WITHIN ALABAMA’S DHR.
