ROUND EM UP, ST. CLAIR COUNTY; THIS IS NOT MY FIRST RODEO, SEEN YOUR RETALITORY ANTICS BEFORE…..

Dear St. Clair County; welcome to my club.  You have been targeted as a potential hotbed of corruption in Alabama.  In light of that, I have and WILL CONTINUE to investigate corruption by judges, lawyers, district attorneys, DHR and others….

THIS IS NOT MY FIRST RODEO.  WHEN CHILTON COUNTY WAS INITIALLY UNDER MY RADAR THEY WENT INTO A VERY SIMILAR DEFENSIVE POSTURE  WITH  INVESTIGATORS FOR THE D.A. AND OTHERS  TROLLING MY SITE AND ALLEGEDLY KICKING IN THE DOORS OF THOSE THAT PROVIDED INFORMATION TO ME OR SHARED MY POSTS. 

 

Guess what boys, IT IS ILLEGAL TO THREATEN AND/OR INTIMIDATE CITIZENS FOR PRACTICING THEIR UNITED STATES CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

I have received information from confidential informants regarding St. Clair County which has then been investigated prior to being posted.  (Yes judges, I do my due diligence).  (Want to see me chew gum and blow bubbles while I write a legal brief?)  Well when a guilty party is backed into a corner they will  do anything!  Hence:  you have certain persons scrambling to threaten others into submission; but unfortunately for them that is now impossible because Pandora’s box has been opened and all kinds of evil things are flying out….. never to be stuffed into the darkness again.

SO YES, I HAVE SEEN SCARED, FRIGHTENED JUDGES AND DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S TRY TO PUSH  BACK WHEN THEIR LITTLE CRIMINAL EMPIRE IS EXPOSED.

Continue to threaten, It just makes you look as guilty as you are…..

If we hadn’t hit a nerve these posts would be ignored and no one would give a darn what we write.  Unlike local media; I/we are unable to be controlled, threatened or intimidated.  You have held sway too long against innocent citizens, making good ole boy deals to favor your buddies and friends for a ball game ticket, a trip out of town, a beach getaway or the good old green stuff stuffed into envelopes and into your pockets.  You sleep at night most likely after a stiff bourbon or 3 to evaporate the damage and pain you have seared into the lives of so many while you played plantation boss, all the while proclaiming to be the perfect (name your religion of choice).

 

A dear confidential informant explained the whole shenanigans to me:  they (judges, lawyers, district attorney’s) have to allow children to be harmed, money to be stolen, lives to be wrecked because then the courthouse and its bevy of lawyers and judges are able to work another day unraveling the never ending damages  making money while whistling all the way to the proverbial bank.

SO ROUND EM  UP ST. CLAIR COUNTY; IT IS YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO POST ANYTHING FROM MY BLOG.  THE ONLY WAY YOU COULD BE LEGALLY PROSECUTED FOR SHARING SOMETHING I POST IS IF YOU KNOW I POSTED SOMETHING THAT WAS UNTRUE THAT BESMIRCHED THE CHARACTER OF THE PERSON I WROTE ABOUT.

So Judge Robert Minor, Judge Philip Seay, Judge Alan Furr and D.A. Richard Minor,  with all due disrespect, shut it, suck it up and take it, for everything posted herein can be proved.  Don’t forget; every trip you take, every item of clothing and morsel of food you buy for your family; THE CITIZENS OF ST. CLAIR COUNTY HAVE PAID FOR.  YOU WORK FOR THEM AND WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE BY GOD ALMIGHTY FOR YOUR ACTIONS AND JUST SO YOU KNOW; I WORK FOR THE BIG GUY, EVERY DAY, IN SERVICE TO HIM.

 

And Judge Minor and your buddies,  do not even think about sending an anonymous idiot with a made up profile to friend me on Facebook trying to snoop around or attempt to send a fake informant trying to discredit me.  It doesn’t work.  And if you send some relative or member of your home church to tell me how wonderful you are, it won’t sway me. REMEMBER; I practice due diligence, unlike some corrupt little places in Alabama. .
