What kind of stupid is Chilton County? Today, out of the blue; a woman who had commented negatively on our Stop Criminal Corruption in Alabama Facebook page after Rebecca Hubbard was sentenced, who was Rebecca’s jail mate for a time showed up uninvited at the home of one of Rebecca and David’s victim’s when the victim and her Mother were not home. The woman, Janice Frost who has a history of felonious behavior, allegedly entered the residence without permission and without knocking or requesting entry. Another relative of the victim happened to be home and witnessed Frost’s entry to the home. Frost stayed at the victim’s residence for about one hour.

What was Frost’s motive in going to the Hubbard victim’s residence? Was it because the Hubbard victim had recently filed a federal law suit against Chilton County Board of Education and others including the Chilton County Sheriff Department? Was Frost stopping by to intimidate the victim or was she sent to possibly plant an illegal substance in an attempt to undermine the credibility of the victim and her family or was she there to steal from the residence?
EITHER WAY, JANICE FROST AND HER VISIT WERE NOT WELCOME!!!!
Frost had to the best of my knowledge never been to this victim’s residence previously.
WHY NOW?
This victim and others have had to deal with threats and intimidating behavior by Chilton County Sheriff Department officers and others. Their tactics are illegal at best.
If anything happens to this or any other victim, we will be looking straight at the CC Sheriff Department.
In addition, it appears good ole boy, JUDGE SIBLEY REYNOLDS is intent on harassing this family also. He was observed at the local Winn Dixie following this Hubbard victim and her Mother around the store and even allegedly was seen leering at the victim’s derriere. (Sorry Judge, this young lady is not for sale). Reynolds even stopped beside the cash register at Winn Dixie where the victim and her Mother were paying trying to see how the Mother paid for her groceries.
WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT JANICE FROST IS A PAID INFORMANT FOR CHILTON COUNTY SHERIFF AND/OR THE CLANTON POLICE DEPARTMENT.
WAS JANICE FROST ACTUALLY PLANTED IN REBECCA HUBBARD’S JAIL CELL TO SEE WHAT INFORMATION SHE COULD GET OUT OF HUBBARD?
