Unfortunately, the only misinformation regarding the Hubbard cases, involves the 19th circuit DA and the assistant DA. Both want the public to believe it was in the public’s best interest for them to have hushed up the whole Hubbard mess by their offering them plea deals instead of acting like men of law and prosecuting the cases in open court with trials by a jury of their peers.
WE BELIEVE THAT THE DA’S OFFICE AND OTHERS INVOLVED DIDN’T WANT THE TRUTH INVOLVING THE HUBBARDS AND THE OTHER PEDOPHILES STILL ROAMING THE STREETS OF THE 19TH CIRCUIT TO BE EXPOSED.
So many “good respectable citizens” would have been exposed, it would have been a virtual bloodbath. How kind of Randall Houston and his little sidekick C.J. Robinson to protect the public. (Actually they appear to have been protecting certain other politicians, peace officers and business owners.)
Judge Ben Fuller was even heard from the bench admonishing the DA’s office for giving out so many plea deals instead of prosecuting the cases at trial.

Why did ADA CJ Robinson shoo the victims out of the courtroom while Rebecca Hubbard was actually being sentenced? We wonder if what the DA states publicly as Rebecca’s sentence; 15 years, less the 20 months she has been already served is the real sentence or is the real sentence being kept hushed up as so many dirty deals in the 19th circuit… We were told the DA’s office wanted Rebecca Hubbard to serve a split sentence which would have allowed her to walk out of the courtroom after sentencing, but Judge Ben Fuller wouldn’t allow that.
From all evidence, it looks like the DA in the 19th circuit is SOFT ON SEXUAL CRIMES AGAINST MINORS.
If the DA had done their job; many more “good citizens” would be jailed along with David and Rebecca Hubbard for pedophilia.
Combining the DA’s apparent view on pedophilia with the realization that many judges,lawyers and The Department of Human Resources (DHR) in the 19th circuit are placing innocent children in harms way through the court system, by forcing them to live with those involved in the dangerous drug trade and with pedophiles makes for a very lethal and potentially explosive combination.
As for Houston and Robinson handing out plea deals like bon bons; we’re waiting to see what damn skippy kind of deal is handed over to C.J. Robinson’s friend, alleged wife murderer; Eric Heath Price.
